Lilia is afflicted with infantile paralysis. Her family abandoned her and she lost her flat through deception. Without knowing where to go, she was sitting in the train-station of Almaty. It happened that she met a social worker of “Seven Trees” there. So in March 2013 she came to the Half-Way-House.
Although she makes a constant progress with her mobility, she is not able to take part in the sewing workshop. But Lilia learned how to make nice embroideries for the sewed products fast and this is her special ability.
Lilia is taking part in a counselling-course over three months. She wants to be able to help other women, who are in difficult situations.
